Thank you for shopping with FAKE GODS! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 days of the date you received your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to wear and tear after delivery


2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@fakegodsbrand.store with:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request and send you instructions for returning the item.

Please do not ship your return before getting our approval and return instructions.


3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless your item is:

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Incorrectly shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns — FAKE GODS is not responsible for lost return packages.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email that we’ve received your return

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.


5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or style), please indicate that in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received:

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect item

Email us immediately at info@fakegodsbrand.store with photos of the issue, your order number, and a description of the problem. We’ll help make it right.
